Private Functions (Daytime, Evening or Weekend)
Room Hire: No charge

The deposit is returned once the event has taken place and the room is left in a satisfactory condition. Deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking the event to avoid cancellation.
Set-Up and Pack-Down Time
Every function booking includes:
- One hour set-up time
- One hour pack-down time
If additional time is needed, this may be arranged in advance and may be chargeable.
If an event overruns without agreement, the club may retain part of the deposit to cover staffing time.

Children’s Parties
- No room-hire fee

- Three-hour party slot

- Cold food allowed; hot food by agreement
- Room must be left clean and tidy

No drinks may be brought into the premises.

Daytime Meetings, Business Events & Training Sessions
Daytime commercial bookings are chargeable at: £25 per hour
Refreshments, equipment (projector, screen etc) and any additional requirements can be arranged in advance.
A deposit may be required depending on the nature of the booking.
